A Complete Overhaul

Perhaps you've noticed that my official website is nowhere to be found these days.  Or maybe you've noticed I haven't been posting as many photos on facebook as I once did.

Well, I feel I should let you in on a not-so-secret secret.  My business, Studio Vie Photography, is undergoing a major change behind the scenes.  I'm still in the creative process as far as the logo and branding are concerned, but simply put, we're doing a complete overhaul!  

This is all very exciting for me!  I believe the new brand for my business will more accurately reflect the style and approach that I take with photography.  I can't wait to reveal more, but in the meantime, you will see business as usual and this blog will be the main space for that.  :)

Caitlyn

Miracles sometimes come in small packages.  I loved photographing this tiny little, 6 day old beauty, Caitlyn. 

I believe newborn photos are essential to have - especially within the first week after birth.  That is a time that passes extremely quickly.  It always amazes me how different a baby looks from the time they are born to two weeks old. Photographing the wrinkly skin, sleepy, sweet expressions, and deep eyes will never get old for me.  ♥

Aiden

Jadyn and I met, by chance, online at a blogging workshop last year.  We found out very quickly that we had more connections than we expected - a college friend of mine is actually her brother-in-law.  We clicked right away and have been friends ever since.  Isn't it funny how life brings amazing people your way when you least expect it?

This past February I had the opportunity to photograph her new baby boy.  He was calm and sweet, much like his momma.  :)

Blais Family

This is an amazing family that I am proud to say has been right beside us through this last season of life.  In fact, they feel more like family than friends - so we'll just call them family.  :)  Love these guys and their awesome daughters, Alissa, Mya and Kayla.

Morse Kids

This family has been near and dear to my heart for quite a number of years now.  From our college days until now, we have watched each of our families grow.  In fact, Rebekah and I were pregnant at the same time for our first three pregnancies - and we even had the same sequence of genders - girl, boy, boy.  It is so great to be able to go through life with friends like these.  :)

St. Amand Family

I photographed this darling family back in October on their beautiful lakeside property.  It was a chilly day, but their genuine smiles made up for that.  Just look at how adorable these little girls are.  :)
